Delaware Limited Liability Company or a Delaware Corporation
has its Delaware Registered Agent. The offices of your Registered
Agent, as required by Corporation Law of Delaware MUST
be within the state of Delaware, with the physical address
and offices located in the state of Delaware. Advokat LLC's
offices are located in the state of Delaware and are ready
to serve your Formed or Incorporated Business as it's Delaware
Registered Agent.
Our Annual Registered Agent Fee, for a domestic Delaware
LLC or a domestic Delaware corporation, is only $145.00. Advokat
LLC does not charge any Registered Agent Fee for the first
calendar year (that is the year in which you form
or incorporate).
Advokat LLC as your Registered Agent will accept all official
legal documents (such as legal service of process document,
etc.), in the name of your formed or incorporated company,
and immediately inform you and forward
these documents to your company offices, at no extra fee to
you or your company. The name and address of Advokat LLC,
your Delaware Registered Agent, appears on your formed or
incorporated documents, such as Articles of Organization,
Articles of Incorporation and only Advokat LLC's name and
address is recorded at the Office of the Delaware Department
of State. This information, the name and address of your Registered
Agent (and not your name and address), is a
matter of public knowledge.

Registered Agent, will also receive Annual Franchise Tax Document,
and will immediately inform you as to when the Annual Franchise
Tax is due and give you instructions as to when it must reach
Advokat LLC's office in order for Advokat LLC to process the
necesary forms and to submit your company's Annual Franchise
Tax in a timely fashion, for payment to the Delaware Department
of State, in order to avoid penalty, interest and possible
loss of "Good Standing" of your company. Advokat
LLC will not only inform you as to when the Annual Franchise
Tax is due, but will also send to you two additional reminders
that the tax is paid on time.
