The Incorporation and LLC Formation Law of the state of Delaware requires you to have a Registered Agent in the State of Delaware, for your Delaware Corporation or Limited Liability Company,your International LLC, or your International Corporation, to accept legal service of process or any other legal documents for your company (business).However, the headquarters of your incorporated business, your corporation, does not have to be in the state of Delaware, but the Registered Agent MUST, according to the Delaware Incorporation Law, be located in Delaware.
