Delaware International Limited Liability Company is a LLC that is very desirable for our clients who are not US citizens and live outside of the United States of America. It is in principle a Delaware Limited Liability Company with some additional documents which are prepared by Advokat LLC and submitted for certification to the Delaware Department of State and in some cases after the Delaware certification these document are presented to the US Department of State and Embassy of your country for additional certification. If your country is member of the "Convention de la Hague,"  you will not need to have your LLC's or your corporation's documents to be certified by the Us Department of State or your Embassy, however you will need special verification document which we will be able to obtain for you from the Delaware Department of State.
