LLC or Limited Liability Company, a relatively new legal entity, gained very important and perhaps the most desirable place among legal entities within the last decade. It provides the owner, called "member" with flexibility in running the LLC and keeping the records. While LLCs business may be conducted outside the United States of America, its headquarters does not have to be within the State of Delaware or within the US, it may be located any place in the world, but your LLCs Registered Agent MUST, be located in the State of Delaware. Advokat LLC agrees to be your Delaware Registered Agent when you form and register your Limited Liability company through our office. Advokat LLC does not charge any Registered Agent Fee for the calendar year in which the LLC was formed.
